The '48 special' is an older build that suffered from an outdated air ride system, questionable brakes, bad body gaps and a hood that only opened when it was convenient. 

Rob fortier came to us in collaboration with classic truck performance magazine and a few aftermarket partners including wilwood/bedwood/aeromotive/airlift and LMC  to update this lowrider truck. 

The truck has already been chopped, painted and features a box-tube chassis with mustang ii front, 4-link rear suspension.

Rob's Chevy was used to prototype the Old anvil V.I.P. raised bed floor system and will be featured in numerous magazine articles and videos.
