a stylin' vintage 4X4 with the patina to match
One day while grabbing lunch at a local sandwich shop, two of the guys ran into someone who recognized the Old Anvil logo on their shirts. Fast forward a few months and she was dropping off her patina’d 1972 International Scout II at the shop. Jessica bought the Scout with the intention of being a fun mother-daughter project but quickly realized it needed a lot more work. What started as “just get it running, driving and stopping safely” turned into a partial-restoration which even included pulling the body off the frame. By the time we are done with it, this vintage 4x4 will have a new lease on life, ready for weekend cruises in SoCal and whatever future upgrades Jessica has in mind.
