1968 CAMARO

The owner’s mother bought this Camaro when it was new back in 1968 then only drove it 36,000 miles in the proceeding 57 years. The goal with the build is to bring the car back to its former glory while making it safe and reliable to drive on today’s roads.

The list of modifications include the following:

  • Original 327ci V8 + Holley Stealth EFI

  • GM 4L60E transmission

  • Holley Terminator X Max ECU

  • Holley Mid-Mount Serpentine System

  • High-Torque Mini Starter

  • Full length headers, 2-inch stainless exhaust

  • Wilwood disc brakes

  • 15x7 rally wheels (to fit the modern brakes)

  • Modern radial redlines from Diamond Back Tires

  • Vintage Air Climate Control System

  • Original style Dakota Digital gauges

  • Bluetooth controlled stereo system

  • DEI Boom Mat sound and heat barrier â€‹â€‹â€‹

Restomod is a term thrown around all too often these days. Any classic car that someone modifies is somehow considered a "Restomod" but in reality, it’s just a customized car. When you break down the term Restomod, the basis is a restoration. Putting the car back to its original state is the goal which is accompanied by a few modern upgrades. To us that means making absolutely zero “personalizations” and only sticking to drivability and usability upgrades.
